After a year, Instagram has finally released the Instagram Reel feature in Singapore. Instagram Reels are a new way to create and discover short, entertaining videos on Instagram.
Similar to TikTok, users are able to record and edit together 15 to 60-second video clips. With other features such as audio, effect, and other new creative tools, users are able to create engaging video content for their followers! If you have a public account, you’ll have the option to share your content with a wider community through the Explore page. Otherwise, you can share your reels with your followers by posting on your feed.
Instead of seeing reels from accounts you follow, you’ll be able to see popular and trending reels too on the scrollable page much like the explore page.
No matter if you’re a content creator or a business owner, you should start embracing Reels. Most content creators have already started using reels the way they do with Tiktok. In fact many brands such as Walmart, Sephora and Beardbrand have started using this new feature.
