Mango sought to adopt an always‑on influencer strategy, partnering with high-fashion influencers over the long term to promote new clothing collections across Spring/Summer and Fall/Winter. The objective was to build a strong roster of brand KOLs who would become synonymous with Mango’s style. By having these influencers film in‑store styling content, the brand aimed to drive foot traffic, strengthen brand association, and ensure that consumers thought of Mango as their go‑to fashion destination.
Leveraging research that long‑term partnerships deliver up to 4× higher engagement and 50% better conversion, we selected a group of mid‑tier fashion influencers whose aesthetics aligned with Mango. These creators committed to multiple campaigns over the year, creating continuity and building audience trust.
We structured content around key fashion seasons. For Spring/Summer and Fall/Winter collections, influencers produced lookbooks, styling guides and try‑on hauls. Evergreen videos, blogs and multi‑platform posts extended the lifespan of each campaign, delivering value long after launch.
To convert online engagement into foot traffic, creators filmed styling sessions inside Mango stores, highlighting garment quality, fit and how to assemble complete outfits. Research shows that localised content and in‑store experiences build loyalty and prompt visits.
The in‑store styling content not only showcased product versatility but also drove measurable footfall.
